When creating the 'Ultimate Team', there are lots of different concepts to think about such as 'what special moves should I teach my players?' or 'what type of formation should I use?'. Personally, when creating your team, I think the best two formations are Basic (4-4-2) and Free March/Three Top/Kingdom (4-3-3). Special move wise, the team should have a wide variety of Co-Op shots, Chain shots and Shot Blocks. Moves like Grand Fenrir, Diabolical Cut, Paladin Strike and The Mountain are a perfect example.
Here is one of my 'Ultimate Teams'. Do not copy this team. Instead, here is a list of players to recruit and add to your squad:

Hector Helio, GK/FW, Little Gigantes
Edgar Partinus, FW, Queens Knights (Team must be level 55+)
Shadow Cimmerian (Normal Form), FW, Raimon/The Card (Must beat all Card Team password players and then go to Raimon GF)
Byron Love (Aphrodite, FFI Form), MF, Fire Dragon
